Right to Life Day of Remembrance

Every day, more than 3,000 children are killed through abortion and their bodies discarded as medical waste. On Saturday, September 12, Knights of Columbus 13517 participated in Right to Life of Northeast Ohio’s National Day of Remembrance, honoring these lives lost. Announcement was made via the Council website with an event placed on the calendar. Due to COVID constraints, the memorial participants conducted their presentations online/and or by video. Knights joined via Facebook to participate in this event that offered prayer, reflection, music, and sought to offer dignity to these lives lost via abortion. Flowers, prayer cards, and a Novena was said at the gravesites of the unborn at Holy Cross Cemetery in Akron, Ohio.
